Let the Bidding Begin-2016 Vacations

Vacation bidding is now open through 11/29/2015. All vaction requests must be input through CMTS screens online or by dropping your paper request into the BLET 139 box at the Englewood yard office. You may download the form here.

To clarify the scheduling process, here a few guidelines to follow:

FLOAT WEEKS- The IGN/TP UTU and MOP Southern BLET employees, may, at the time of submission of their vacation, request one (1) week of single day vacation to "FLOAT". Designated "FLOAT" weeks will be excluded from the number of total vacation weeks to be assigned prior to establishing the weekly parameters. "FLOAT" weeks must be exhausted prior to using any other single week vacations.

BIDDING on "FLOAT" single day week- for those requesting single day "FLOAT" week, he/she should bid on the week of January 10, 2016. If an employee wants January 10 as a solid week, he/she will need to bid on the week of January 17 as "FLOAT" week request.

All bid requests must be completed by November 29, 2015!
