FMLA-- Make sure you are not using your FMLA outside what is approved. In a recent investigation, the Carrier pointed out what the individual was approved for and stated any use of FMLA beyond that would be converted to LS.

Camera in Cab (CIC)-- MOP's are now able to download CIC's. In the past, the whole "black box" had to be pulled and sent to Omaha for downloading. In addition, anytime either camera is triggered for download, both cameras will be downloaded and reviewed. Please make sure your in cab activities are consistent with current rules.

Electronic Devices-- Smart watches are considered electronic devices by the Carrier. As such, they must be off and stowed in accordance with rule 2.21. Also, if a crew member is caught with a device, and the other crew member did nothing to deter or report the use, both crew members will be held in violation of 2.21. This same holds true for EEO, Work Place Violence, Drug and Alcohol, etc., you are required, by rule, to report violations of these policies. Please don't put your coworkers in that situation.
