Below is a summary of this morning’s conference call. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Hearne South

Giddings-open.

Lockhart-open.

Navasota-start work on track today.

San Antonio North

Austin-open.

Houston

Work will start in Houston to restore service. Could start moving railcars back in yards today.

RE42 Pool will be used to move work trains east and return to San Antonio possibly starting today.

Glidden should be back in service by end of day (Flatonia to San Antonio).

Cuero open WestPoint to Flatonia. South of Flatonia still closed but should be open by tomorrow.

Corpus Christi

Open to Odem-South of Odem will open later today and will begin moving railcars into Viola yard.

Taylor

Waco-Calling work trains today.

Smithville

Open West Point to Smithville.

WestPoint to Sealy will be open today.

Possible work trains called toward Sealy.

Once Katy opens up normal rock operations will resume.

POSSIBLE re-routes to Houston VIA BNSF (Mykawa Sub)

Smithville to Katy Local scheduled to run tomorrow

San Antonio/New Braunfels Yard and TSE Assignments

Normal operations today

Board Adjustments

All pools will be adjusted according to starts agreement today and will continue to look at it on a day by day basis. We have asked CMS/Timekeeping if an employee could be paid for vacation time to offset some of the lost earnings and we are still waiting for a concrete answer. If you would like to look into this option let me know or if you need anything else please let me know.
